Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging are intact.
  • Product is received in the same condition as delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Customized or altered sarees.
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
